Peanut Butter and Jam Baked Oats

You can’t beat that classic peanut butter and jam combination. Add this to baked oats, that taste like a cake I might add, and you’re on to a winner!

I like to make this for a tasty treat when I’m craving something sweet too!


Ingredients

Baked oats

50g oats

30g vegan vanilla flavour protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp baking powder

100ml plant milk

Middle and topping

2 tsp jam

2 tsp peanut butter

To top

1 love vegan caramel and peanut bar


Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 and have an oven proof bowl (small enough for one portion) to hand

  • Simply mix all of the baked oats ingredients together in a bowl until lump free and fully combined

  • Add half of the oat mixture to the oven proof bowl

  • Add 1 tsp jam and 1 tsp peanut butter to the middle of the oat mixture

  • Add the remaining oats to top the jam and peanut butter

  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes

  • Leave to cool for 5 minutes

  • Add the rest of the jam and peanut butter

  • Sprinkle on a love vegan bar to take the taste to the next level!
