Christmas Day Lunch

To start

Tomato, red pepper and roasted chestnut soup

This is the easiest soup to make and it is so tasty too. The best thing is you can make this up to a couple of days in advance making Christmas Day so much easier. If you want to the you can also make your own bread and we have two lovely recipes you may want to try, Classic white rustic loaf or a delicious seeded rye. take a look and see if you have time to make these too.

Chocolate Torte

This will certainly impress anyone who is lucky enough to have a slice, they will never guess that it’s vegan and as it looks so professional they won’t believe its made with just a few ingredients and takes no time at all, it is secretly really, really easy.

Things you can’t enjoy Christmas without

Sweet treats

Mince pies, truffles, hot chocolates and not forgetting coffee…

We all love a mince pie and these homemade ones look lovely and rustic and are the easiest thing to make. The truffles are made using our love vegan bars and make a delicious healthier alternative. Enjoy them with a festive hot chocolate or the best at home caramel latte. If you take a look on my instagram page you’ll find other festive treats such as ginger bread people, muffins, DIY chocolate, honeycomb and cupcakes
