Eco-friendly Liquid Laundry Detergent

LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT. Here’s what you will need:

Ingredients

200g Soda Crystals

50g Bicarbonate of Soda

120ml liquid Castile Soap

1.2 litre boiling water


 

Method

Pour soda crystals into a large bowl then slowly add 1/2 litre boiling water,

Stir until dissolved.

Gradually add bicarbonate of soda, keep stirring.

Stir in Castile soap then remaining water.

Cool.

Whisk until smooth (mixture will have separated).

Bottle.

Like my other household recipes, this costs very little to make, is kind to fabrics and lasts absolutely ages, You only need 2 tablespoons per normal wash load in your washing machine.

This does separate when sat in your cleaning cupboard so just give it a good old shake before use.
