Healthy Vegan Protein Shake

This healthy protein shake will fuel your body and keep your mind focused. It’s really simple to make and tastes so delicious. You can make this shake as thick or smooth as you like, I enjoy mine quite thick as I feel it makes it more indulgent and filling but feel free to tweak it for your personal taste. This shake is healthy, tasty, packed with protein and super easy and quick to make.
Ingredients (makes 2 shakes)
1 handful of oats (can use GF oat if needed)
1-2 cups of nut based milk (use as much as you like to get the desired consistency)
1 spoonful of nut butter
Half a frozen banana
1 spoonful of chia seeds
1 spoonful of cacao powder
1 scoop of plant based protein powder (I use my protein)
Method
Simply add all of ingredients to a blender with a handful of ice cubes and blitz until smooth.
