Five reasons to try vegan in the new year

We are fast approaching Christmas, you may or may not be thinking about what New Years resolutions you want to try for 2023 ...so, how about giving vegan a go?

Check out our top five reasons you should try it!

  1. The obvious first reason, it is better for the animals.

If you choose to enjoy a plant based diet for a year you will save up to 200 animals! Now that’s a great reason to try Veganism. If you’re unsure of where to start when it comes to cooking vegan food then check out our free recipe page where you will find well over 250 FREE recipes! LOVE VEGAN RECIPE PAGE

2. Feel healthier and happier

Consuming a vegan diet not only gives you a huge amount of energy but it also provides your body with all the nutrients it needs. Many meat eaters believe that you need to eat meat to stay strong and healthy however this is simply down to a lack of knowledge about what your body needs to thrive. Check out our blog about what to eat everyday when you’re vegan WHAT TO EAT

3. Do your bit for the planet

We only have one planet and now more than ever we need to start looking after our planet better. Did you know that eating a plant based diet is the BEST thing you can do for our planet? The meat industry produces a huge amount of pollution, eating plants reduces this significantly! There are also lots of other ways to help too, check out our climate special blog. CLIMATE SPECIAL

4. Going vegan is actually a very cool thing to do!

Many celebrities are enjoying a plant based diet…Moby, Kim Kardashian, Woody Harrelson, Will-i-Am, Zac Efron, Benedict Cumberbatch, Ellie Goulding, Serena Williams, Toby Maguire and so many more. The list goes on and on. Some celebrities share recipes or have been interviewed about why they decided to become vegan, many of their stories are very inspirational and can really help you to give it a go to!
